The delivery times of the goods ordered by the website vary depending on the order placed by the customer and the delivery conditions of the order. At the delivery of the goods the Customer must verify:- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the cargo policy- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes in case of tampering and/or damage the Customer will have to immediately notify the shipment and/ or delivery by placing the inscription “goods not selected for …” (write the reason) on the bill received by the courier or any other operator. You can track the status of any shipment online thanks to the tracking code that the system sends to the customer’s email address once the shipment has been sent and contains information about the courier used, the shipping code and instructions on how to track the shipment.
6. Undo or change an order
